This isn't a traditional storage buildout. There's no concrete, no construction permits, no permanent structures. Everything that goes up can come down — in the same amount of time it took to build it.
Day 1
We Arrive at Bare Land
The site is raw ground — no infrastructure, no utilities, nothing. A flat or semi-flat field is all we need. We show up with everything required to build a fully operational storage site from scratch.
Day 1–2
Make A Road Lays the Surface
Our Make A Road crew drops modular interlocking ground panels rated for 80,000+ lbs directly on the field. No gravel, no concrete, no excavation. One truck, two people. The entire drivable surface goes down in hours. When we leave, we pick the panels up — the ground underneath is untouched.

No excavation
Zero permanent ground modification
Fully removable
Day 2–3
One Power Source. Everything Gets Power.
A single power connection point — one light pole or utility hookup — feeds the entire lot. We run temporary conduit through the site to power the perimeter lights, the gate, and every individual storage unit. Every unit is prewired from the factory with interior lighting, so the moment power is connected, every unit lights up automatically when the door opens. No electricians on call, no complex wiring — one source, everything works.

Day 3–4
Perimeter Fence & Automatic Gate
Full perimeter security fencing goes up around the site. At the entrance, a 24-hour PIN-activated automatic gate is installed. Customers get their own access codes. The gate is fully automated — no staff needed on site for access, no appointments, no keys to manage. The fence and gate are completely temporary and come down when the contract ends.

Day 4–5
Units Arrive. Office Opens. Site Goes Live.
50 to 100 storage units are placed on the lot. One unit is converted into the on-site office — it has power, lighting, and everything needed for operations. The units are connected to the conduit system. The gate is activated. The lot is lit, fenced, gated, and fully operational. Customers can access 24/7 with their PIN — no one has to be there. You run the business remotely through the management platform.
