Tipity PSU ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Tipity Labs, delivers portable storage units to your door — you pack on your schedule, we pick up and store at our secure lot, then redeliver to any address. This policy describes how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

To book or inquire about storage service, we collect:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Pickup and delivery addresses
Preferred delivery and pickup dates
Unit size and quantity preferences
Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Customers managing active rentals through our customer portal (customers.tipitypsu.com) additionally have account credentials and rental history stored securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

To schedule delivery and pickup of your storage unit(s)
To manage your active storage rental
To process payments and send receipts
To coordinate redelivery to your new address
To communicate service updates and billing

3. Data Sharing

We share your delivery address and scheduling information with our driver team only as needed to complete your delivery. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

4. Security

Account credentials are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Customer portal access is authenticated. Physical unit contents are your responsibility — we do not have access to what is stored inside your unit.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Active rental records are retained during the rental period and for 7 years after for tax and legal compliance. To request account deletion, email support@tipitylabs.com.
